The listing states shipping was with the Postal Service, The seller shipped it via UPS which does not deliver top my address. I contacted the seller about this twice, the first time they "sort of" indicated they would straighten it out. No complaints here. From my end I thought we did the right thing. We went to ship, saw that UPS would get there quicker by 2 days, and opted for that. We do, but in this case we thought we were doing a favor by getting it to the customer sooner. This was our fault, and the customer did everything correct. We've refunded and sent a free tube via USPS.
