Well, we had a easy time getting it installed but the last number of the code looked like a 9. We couldn't get it to work that day. Later I thought just go through the enter code sequence and exchanged the 9 with 5 , didn't work, then 4.. worked. The numbers should be extremely well written so the consumer is not baffled by the situation.
