This was not an Open Box item as advertized but a used and previously registered WiFi irrigation unit. Then the seller listed it as Used when seeking seller feedback. I have asked for a full refund including my shipping costs but have received no response.

Well, we can check all the messages between you and me about this item. First I said I would do some search to help you out, the worst thing you just sent it back to me, is that right? Then I watched many YouTube videos about how to make it work, then I sent you the steps and the best useful YouTube video. This stuff DOSE NOT NEED register, it is just because your irrigation needs(which you have trouble with). You can't make it work, and don't return back, but ask full refund??
