Very disappointed! Seller shipped wrong item. Needed this nursing kit. Seller appeared to make little effort to find out what happened to my purchase. After 4 days of emails -Never found out what happened to my purchase. Rec'd a refund - thanks - but, I really needed the nursing kit.

The item that he thought came from us was not something we recognized or have ever had in our inventory. It must have come from a different purchase and some other seller. However, it is always my intention to leave customers happy, and as his item from us was still missing, I refunded his money in full, sincerely apologized for any disappointment or inconvenience, and filed a missing mail report and insurance claim with USPS. If I'd had a duplicate item, I would have sent it free of charge.
