I did ship this out the day after it was ordered. I am sorry it has not made it to you. I tracked the package and it shows that there were some issues in customs. I can contact ebay and see if there is anything they can do. In situations like this, it is best to message the seller instead of leaving a negative review. Situations like this are out of the sellers control but I am sure they would be willing to help in finding a solution.
