Won the auction paid immediately, and Seller never shipped the item. If you don’t like the sell price, then put a price that you will accept as the starting price. I don't know who these "people" are but you reached out on 6/16 and checked on the tracking, I explained that Kansas City has a mail back up. 6/18 you opened a case and left this negative. I gave you a refund by 1pm CST the day you opened the case. Gwens Comics takes auctions seriously and have listed over 20,000 auctions at the time of writing and out of those listings your accusation of foul play on a $16.00 book stands alone.
