Ordered 6 Funkos, which were shipped USPS in original Funko cardboard box with no protection around individual Funko boxes. 2 of 6 individual boxes damaged. Seller said not his fault and refused return/refund. He also implied that I damaged them because it took a week and a half to let him know, but they arrived that way. Ebay ruled in my favor and I got a full refund. I sent a check for the 4 undamaged ones I kept. ALWAYS BUY FROM A SELLER WHO ACCEPTS RETURNS.
