Finally received email the day product was delivered stating that I could request return authorization and if they were to approve [they already had the full explanation from my cancelation request] I would receive the RMA. I looked up the thread sealer mistakenlyordered instead of locker I wanted and found theprice this sellerwasasking was double the going rate
