All the parts were there and I saw I had alot of gluing to do. Seller wanted to see some pictures but I had already glued most of the parts back on. I was not looking to return item, just wanted seller to know that the top of the styrofoam container looked like it was just forced on, knocking off the parts. Seller didn,t seem to concerned. Have to give a C for feedback
