Good quality item .Slow shipping....Arrived in good condition although it was poorly packaged.!! Sloppy paper wrap was not on the item ...but loose in the box ..!! The set- up required some research .!! The item was arrived still paired to another phone !! Had to UNPAIR and rename the item to get it to work .!! It does give good sound quality and the controls do work well . Once fully charged I was able to pair it up and enjoy some music . Overall a good purchase.
