    I admitted to this buyer that the description was wrong. Apologized for it. Offer to ship out the right product.Obviously for free. Then offered to refund him four different times over three days. And then immediately when his refund request came through. I refunded the money and let him keep the product that he already had. No one is trying to pass the buck. No one was blaming children. He accidentally got shipped the wrong product and I fixed it. Isn't that what customer service is about
