The bone china arrived promptly. Unfortunately, about 25% of the shipped items were broken in transit, despite being marked "FRAGILE!" on all sides of the boxes. That being said, in my opinion the china could have been packed more securely, The seller offered a refund of 14% of the purchase price, which I reluctantly accepted. I will attempt a claim with USPS to recover the remainder of the loss. Seller promises to provide the necessary shipping receipt.
