It came with a few scratches, a small dent on the backside, and a missing rubber piece on hinge. Nothing unreasonable for a used laptop. Software was up to date with most recent BIOS. Battery health at 91.25% of what brand new laptop would be, which is very good and reasonable. They're based in Australia so US buyers you need to buy new charger because they have different wall outlets there. Overall, very happy.
