I strongly advise against dealing with this seller. The seller listed the item as "Open Box" but the critical operational LED display is inoperative (see pix) so none of the device’s features may be accessed. The seller disregarded relevant messages, sending basic operational instructions that did not address the inoperative issue. The seller violated eBay rules since the devices does not function normally even though all the “hardware” was included. The seller also delayed shipping the item.
