I did have trouble with packaging, a silver padded envelope with Duct Tape was used. I tried but wasn’t able to open it & had to wait a week + for friend to cut tape but inside outer envelope was another wrapped & Duct taped. He got it done & figurine came out perfect. I recommend not using Duct tape in the future.
