Seller packed a fragile computer component in a box barely large enough to contain it and used zero padding to protect it during shipping, he failed to include a critical component (the *low-profile* bracket is pretty important for a *low-profile* video card!), and when installed, no video signal was detected from either the DisplayPort or HDMI port--i.e., it doesn't work. Tellingly, he ignored my messages offering to sort the situation out amicably. BUYER BEWARE.
