I never received item. It stated it was delivered and was not. I have cameras around my house and driver never came to drop off package. Disappointed cause I had to pay over $500 for the part at the dealership cause I didn’t want loose out on any money. Now I cannot get a refund for an item I didn’t not receive.

This order has been delivered according to the tracking number.
We also investigated and confirmed with the shipping company the status of the delivery and they responded that a local delivery person hand-delivered the order directly to the person at the delivery address.
We also contacted eBay and they responded that it is subject to seller protection, so a bad rating is not appropriate.
