System was already sold for parts or not working so the buyer should not of expected it to all be there therefore the feedback is false and doesn't fit the description. The system was also not tampered with at all , it was attempted to be fixed and the parts that were with it were the same ones prior to repairs , being sold for parts means that all parts my not be included.
