In repair process I also found that the 'scoop/tray is broken where the motor turns it to fill/freeze/dump. Super glued for now and it's holding, They already know it's a week point because it has a steel collar to keep from doing exactly what it is doing. Makes motor slip/bind. I'll replace that next. Thanks BigBin!
