    I received two fans without the four-pin wire connectors shown in the photo. I received two fans with just four wires dangling. And the wires are only about 4 inches long. I had to order separate extension wires and cut them and wire and tape them to the fans to use them. Ridiculous. I also hook them up to a pwm controller board, and the fans will not regulate speed. They just run full blast all the time.
