Seller has NO control over USPS timeframes and Calculated shipping Cost through Ebay shipping label service. Customer purchased USPS ground service for $12.95. Seller offers 3 different service levels including EMS Next Day to meet any customers timeframe for a fee. Order shipped from San Diego, CA to Freeport, PA.
