Well, came with no instructions, you will need a Torx driver, flat screwdriver and rubber mallet to install. There is quite a lot of wind noise beginning at 35 MPH. Shipping was from China, even though the seller has a USA address. Overall they are sturdy and will get the job done. Not sure about what to do about the wind noise.
