Unfortunately the figure is rather old and it didn't survive the trip completely intact. It's left arm broke off during transit. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately extremely apologetic and determined to remedy the situation. They refunded my money immediately without any issues. The way the handled the situation makes me want to go back and do more business with them.
