The item was packed very nicely, but bumps and shipping internationally did cause an issue at first. The treble keys were fine, but upon playing the bass side, only about half of them worked. I then noticed a clunk and something rattling around inside. So I went to Youtube and found a video and saw that I had the correct pliers to easily dismantle the bass side's 6 nails. One of the reed blocks got dislodged, but it was an easy fix. Now it works and sounds great. Thank you for the great item.
