    Everything was fine till I received it and opened the box, the unit is damaged, I don't think it was damage when sent but, I have pictures and the damage is substantial. My old unit has replacement parts but I didn't pay for a unit I have to fix it that possibly doesn't work now, I have yet to plug it in! Let me know what you want me to do, my unit burned a PC board, this unit was going to be a replacement....🫤

    Im so sorry this happened in transit to you. You can reach out to the Post Office and file a claim with them, you will have to show them the damage.
