I like the watch I get but shipping was too expensive. Store customer service took around one week to reply to my concerns and the answer finally wasn’t professional and unhelpful.

Unmitigated hogwash. This buyer requested through eBay messages that we falsify customs documents to evade his countries lawful taxes. This is against eBay policy and falsifying customs documents is a felony. We do not falsify customs documents. We sent this UPS with proper insurance and declarations exactly as was listed and agreed to in the auction. We do not falsify documents, we told him this and shipped as agreed.
