I purchased a product from this seller and he hadn’t shipped the product for 3 weeks. I sent multiple messages to which he didn’t answer. I had to track down his business phone number via google. When I got ahold of him he said he would ship it out that day. I waited a few more days and called back to which he said he was going to cancel the order because shipping cost to much. I asked him to refund my purchase. He didn’t , so I had to get eBay involved. Had my money for almost a month.
