This is a very good product and I am glad I bought it. However, my installer was here addressing an HDBaseT problem; and, without his help, I would never have been able to get it to work. He had to stick a paper clip in the base bottom to factory-reset it and then use his laptop to merge it into my system. That base is not just a charger, it connects to the brain via Wi-Fi and to the remote via Bluetooth. I now have two remotes and two bases and I must not switch bases.
