The windshield came with all necessary hardware & tightly packaged, no instructions though. Installation was straight forward but again instructions would have made everything faster. For those installing, the barrel spacers are for the handlebars & rubber spacers aren't very thick. If not torqued down precisely, it hits display & vibrates. It's a fixed shield. O.K
