I suppose this could have happened during transit due to the item not being properly secured, as it just came in a bubble wrap mailer with no cardboard to prevent damage. I’d say I’m more pleased with the item than displeased, but this seller and their customers could definitely benefit from better packaging and having a little more transparency on the condition of the item since mine came with tears.
