Seller made excuses as to why order had not been shipped and said they would send an extra box of bulbs due to the delay. Received order on 5/31 but no extra bulbs. Contacted seller and again more excuses and was told they would send out. It’s now 6/11 and no bulbs and after repeated attempts to contact seller with no response.
