works / fits fine, i ordered 2 sizes larger and it was a good fit
they failed to say it was coming from CHINA in the ad as i recall so it took awhile to arrive but it's WAY BETTER than wearing a cotton T-Shirt on 30 mile rides in 90 degrees.
