I did not receive the same product as shown in photos. Then, once installed and properly centered, I could not put the trans into gear. Thought it was air in clutch lines, bled. No air. Took transmission back out to find the supplied throw out bearing was making no contact with pressure plate and that it was damaged. Making contact with friction disc. Friction disc can only be installed one way, not my mistake.

Doesn't make any sense. First of all, we were never contacted whatsoever (phone or messages). If anything would be wrong or different, then why would you not have contacted us? And why are you installing it? The way you are describing things, it seems like you are not a mechanic nor have any sort of experience. Clutches should ONLY be installed by ASE certified mechanics or mechanics with vast experiences. Not meant to be installed by just anyone. It looks ruined by unprofessional installation.
