- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasethe spatula end can be bent 90 degrees with a vise & hammer . and during this torture the stainless steel neither breaks nor cracks. one foto shows dry Merck-60 silica being carefully pressed flat in a 1/5cm i.d. glass tube for DCVC. a 2'd foto is of celite-545 being pressed evenly on top of a piece of round - cut filter paper that sits on top of the frit of a Buchner funnel. the other foto if of the 2 spatulas bent 90 until now this packing was done with a 1/2" nylon rod .
