pretty tight fit and the way its bent. it sorta blocks radiator airflow and it can scoop air better if the geometry was a bit different. but its way cheaper then other companies making these for the E82. and it does redirect flow a bit. have it combined with a cold air intake and all the sheet metal really funnels it straight to where it needs to go
