      Seller claimed the item was new (which would mean unused and in original condition) but they washed it in smelly laundry detergent and reattached the tags. I wouldn't order from them again.

      Hello. The item was indeed new, with all tags attached as received from the manufacturer and placed in a polybag to protect it from dust. I have the invoices to prove the item was new.
