The headphones are quite clearly not the original Samsung ones, but are just an imitation. However despite the low price tag the audio quality is accetable enough for standard usage.
My unit came with twisted L/R audio due to bad wiring but the seller was responsive and kindly offered a partial refund.
However the problem is that the overall build quality of the device is very poor.
i.e. The earpieces are attached via a cylindric plastic pin, which could randomly detach and get into your ear.

Additionally the earpiece's case is held together _purely_ by soft-attrition, there is no locking mechanism whatsoever and as a result the earpiece is likely going to get split apart and sever the internal wires over time, completely destroying the earpiece as a result. As you can guess (and as I personally experienced) the earpiece will likely endure a very short lifetime. There's not much that can be done with it.
TLDR; The sound produced by the earpieces is good, but they'll not last long.
