20 days to get a small product like a rubber lens hood from Oregon across America to East-central Canada is an absolutely unnecessary time period. Tracking indicated that the component was stalled in transit several time. In fact, even the day that the part was delivered, the tracking indicated that it was still somewhere in a sack in the USA. Fortunately, the part is actually as described and in excellent condition!
