These were mailed as is by just slapping a label and stamp on them and in the process of mailing this one must have gotten caught in a machine and it caused a 2" to 3" tear that went through each page when in it's folded format, so when fully unfolded there is a 2" to 3" tear on the top and bottom of the right and left side. I've included photos so you can see. The good news is the tears are clean and did not actually rip a piece off of the newsletter, so all content is readable.”
