Even though it is listed as refurbished it appeared new. It was packaged very well and included all of the accessories. The pouch with the sewing and embroidery feet are the same color as the packing foam, so make sure that you check all items in the box! I almost threw away the pouch! I have sewed with it, but have not attempted embroidery yet. So far it is working as expected. I really like the auto cut feature. I am looking forward to learning the embroidery feature.
