Communication/Shipping was good but product is sub-standard. OEM Ford Explorer mirror cap has a texture to it. The replacement part here is completely smooth. I didn't expect the color to match since this car is 6 years old and has some fading to the plastic parts. I did however expect the texture to be close to the same. Had to work a bit and do some prying to get this replacement part to fit as well but finally got it on (though not a perfect fit). Not pretty. I guess it will work for the now.
