Brilliant stuff , a great alternative to the old tubes of Otofirm I that is no longer available in U K , this Audinell is slightly thinner than Otofirm cream but one only needs a slight smear on the earpiece to give easy insertion and seals the ear piece really well helping to cut out feed back and I think a better tone to the sounds you are hearing being profoundly deaf and using sound conductive aids every decibel of sound gained is a bonus . I just hope that Audinell keeps it in production
