    I had to keep the bike in storahe for 30 days before i unpacked it and tried it. It was very obviously in different condition from description on videos forwarded. The seller refused to take ovnership of the issue.

    Customer has reached out to us after 40 plus days of having the bike. We have asked Videos to be sent of the bike so we can help. Informed the buyer what needs to be done to fix the issues and we can assist via videos. Warranty is 30 days on this bike and we still tried to help and offer videos how to rectify the issue. Buyer wants money off on an item that the warranty has finished. Warranty is for the set days provided whether an item is used or not. Unfair Feedback when we have tried to help.
