- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWhen I received the stem seal, everything was in good condition except the Teflon seal, which had been damaged in transit. I tried installing it anyway by dry spinning to seat it, unfortunately it didn't work. So I messaged the seller and he immediately sent a replacement Teflon ring. I received it in a few days, installed it and everything works great now. I would definitely recommend this seller. Brand new parts, exactly as described and great service.

The item updated that same day that it had shipped. When I received the item it was in a box with no packing paper or padding at all. When I contacted seller they told me if they would have put padding in the box it would have cost more money to ship. This seller doesn’t take responsibility and blamed others for their subpar shipping and packaging process. Beware of this seller.
