I do get hip ache though, as its not recommend to sleep on your back after 20 weeks pregnant, but that can't be helped. The pillow does its job and supports making it comfier and easier to sleep. The only thing I dislike is the material, it could be softer, it's quite rough. Better value for money than on Amazon.
