Good packaging, but AWFUL instructions! There was no mention that a second cable should be connected to the motor. I have no idea how much power is available to power the chair because the battery charge level indicator does not work. There is no way to release the brakes. Otherwise, it works as described with no load. I will follow up after someone sits in the chair.
