This is not a direct replacement on a 2002 Silverado, the PCV area is what isn’t a direct replacement. This cover comes with a barb molded in the cover for a hose to connect to, the 2002 Silverado’s PCV location has a grommet where the PCV slips into. Not difficult to remedy, get a hose to fit PCV tight, clamp onto barb. The gasket that comes with cover doesn’t fit cover, lay into grove of cover, about 1” to 2” to small, never
