purchased using wrong payment method and requested to cancel the order. I've reordered using the correct payment method, requested for cancellation and inform the seller. However, the seller simply rejected the refund, then proceed to despatch the item. Even though the item was sent, it was the one that's not compatible! Received item with 5 pin. for 2005 BMW X5, it's 4 pins not 5 pins. Then, I need to submit refund and return request again, but was asked to paid the delivery fee! Not Recommend!
