This is overkill if not a diabetic but when it comes to the very foundation you have to move on, (your feet) no amount of overkill is wasted. I have used this product for 15 years. started to get aching a little across the top of my foot, when wearing these it all went away. In my early 60's at car shows I move quickly, decisively and can spin around practically dancing for 8 hours to the amazement of all the tired chair sitter's in my age group. Slip a pair into Reebok DMX shoes, it's great.
