I did not contact the seller so idk if it would have been resolved, I just didn't use the white lights. Not a complaint, but the part that plugs into the car, has to face a certain way so you have a 50/50 shot of plugging it in correctly. It's not labeled or mentioned in the instructions. I thought they didn't work at first until I flipped it around
